Product Description 

Polyester fiber is a kind of asphalt concrete reinforced anti-crack fiber made of polyester by special process. The fiber has strong anti-aging ability after anti-ultraviolet treatment, and has the characteristics of large fiber fineness, high strength and easy dispersion. Polyester fiber also has thermal no embrittlement, stability, outstanding no deformation and good compatibility with asphalt in the temperature environment of -40℃ to 220℃and prevent the cracking of asphalt concrete.

Product Function

  1. Polyester fiber are distributed in a disorderly direction, can hinder the generation of cracks.  
  2. Polyester fiber the specific surface area is large, it can absorb the oil in the asphalt, increase its viscosity and adhesion.  
  3. Polyester fiber have high temperature stability is strong, in high temperature it can obviously prevent the flow of asphalt. 
  4. Increasing viscosity, improve the bonding force.  
  5. Polyester fiber the fiber modulus value is high, the extension force is strong, can effectively prevent low temperature brittle cracking.  

Application Field

  1. Battery and battery plate
  2. Paper industry: wallpaper, seedling paper, securities paper, filter paper, latex paper, dust-free paper, etc.  
  3. Flocking industry: flocking cloth, leather, paper, non-woven fabrics, etc.  
  4. Oil well plugging agent.  
  5. Suitable for asphalt Mastic gravel mixture (SMA), also suitable for dense graded asphalt concrete AC and asphalt gravel (AM) structure.  
  6. Densely graded asphalt concrete surface layer.  
  7. Thin layer of asphalt concrete surface of old asphalt concrete pavement.  
  8. Old cement pavement.  
  9. The steel structure bridge is laid with asphalt concrete surface.  
  10. Airport runway and apron.  
  11. Suitable for bridge deck pavement, toll station pavement, etc.  
  12. Polyester fiber can also be used as electrostatic flocking fiber, with good feel and dyeing.  

 Instruction

Recommended dosage: 1kg–5kg/m³  

 Mixing process: Add aggregate → add fiber dry mixing → add asphalt, disperse the fibers completely.  

Packaging Details

Packaging: Inner plastic bag 1kg–5kg/bag, outer woven bag or carton 10kg–25kg/bag or carton, 500kgs per pallet. Packaging according to user requirements.
